Well, this isn't one of them... extremely rude, disdainful, poor excuse for customer service. My mere presence in the shop seemed like a major inconvenience to the person who served me. She was shockingly rude and arrogant. Some simple questions about a product were met with curt, impatient replies and exaggerated angry banging of objects on the countertop. To be honest, I felt embarrassed for her and somewhat sorry for her as I wondered if she must really hate her job?! Don't expect a smile from anyone in this shop (especially if you're not a plumber), you'll be waiting a long time... next time I need plumbing supplies, I'll go to Yenckens or drive the extra hour and half return trip to Benalla.
