  Very slow to get rental equipment because of lack of organisation. Took about 1 hour. The staff member at the rental tried his best. I have seen other staff doing nothing. Also the pay counter staff are not friendly at all. My recommendation is not to hire from here at all. There are plenty other places near by or you can hire at Mt Buller itself.

  By far one of the worst customer service I ever had, to list a couple of things:
  
  1. Was asked do I need help for anything, I replied yes I do but instead was left alone on a NON-BUSY period. So I felt embrass and humiliated in front of my girlfriend.
  
  2. When I asked a question about hiring gear from the receptionist named Georgia, but instead of facing me directly and helping me out she decided to point towards the computer with her back faced towards me and just told me to fill up a form, and decided to talk to another person. Again this place was not busy at all.
  
  3. At reception again different girl instead of asking me what I will need I have to look around lost and decided to pre purchase b tags, was not even informed that lifts get shut at 5pm.
  
  So I wasted a total of $598.64 on rubbish service and two B-Tags that don't even work. Great service enough for me to call my bank to make a dishonourment on this purchase and make a claim with the onbudsmen.
