  Shoe fitting and clothes service were great, however the cashier in the front for payments was a bit rude. I understand you guys want to ensure that there is no stolen items however being considerate is a thing. Prior to lining up we prepared all the items and told them this was what we hired (25min wait even though we were in the frontline) but the cashier was annoyed and told us he’ll count everything. Funny how that went because he missed a few things until we pointed it out.
  
  I guess for future purposes, knowing that it’s ski season and a weekend it’ll be busy so having more hands on deck will be helpful. Especially if the cashier is responsible for payments and car chains. Also on top of that changing your operations to a more faster transaction instead of doing everything manually is an idea.
  
  In all honestly I don’t want to be rude but what we experienced today wasn’t great. I do give props for the other workers for trying their best.

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Prices work our cheaper than hiring on the mountain but downside is that you'll have to carry your gear up the mountain which can be tiring if you have kids.

  When it came time to hire our snowgear, we were greeted by the amazing Brody. His patience, friendliness, and exceptional assistance made the process a breeze. He took the time to ensure the kids and I had the perfect fit for boots and a well-suited snowboard setup. Brody even went the extra mile by personally teaching me how to properly fit snow chains to my tires. He patiently guided me through the process, allowing me to practice until I was confident in my ability to install the chains correctly. The peace of mind this provided for my family's safety and the ease with which I managed to install the chains in heavy snow was priceless. We had a fantastic time on their high-quality snowboards, free from any equipment issues.
  
  When it was time to return our gear after a thrilling day on the slopes, we encountered some unexpected delays at Mt Buller. Worried about returning the items late and incurring additional charges, we called Ski Chute 4 to explain the situation. To our relief, Max, the staff member on the line, was incredibly understanding and reassuring. He assured us that they would be open later today and advised us to drive safely without rushing. Thanks to his understanding and helpfulness, we made it to the shop earlier than expected. Max swiftly checked all our hires and sent us on our way, ensuring a smooth and stress-free conclusion to our day.
  
  I cannot express my gratitude enough to Ski Chute 4 and their exceptional staff. They truly made our weekend at the snow the best it could be. If you're seeking an unforgettable snow gear hire experience in Mansfield, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ski Chute 4!

  All I can say is that this has been, by far, the best experience I've had at this kind of store & rental.
  Best customer service, great attitude between staff & anyone around.
  They even recommended a board for rental that now I'm considering buying.
  
  This place is a must for any of your needs.
